FAE LORE
The main Inhabitants of the Cyber Fae world, The Fae race is composed of many morphs similar to creatures called “Animals” on a planet called Earth, This planet doesn't exist within the same universe as the Cyber Fae world though there have been notable occurrences of lone “Humans” popping up on occasion throughout Fae history. The humans often made connections on the appearance of the Fae to their animals back home, and though in their world these creatures are different species, the Fae are one race with many morphs. They can be compared to the dogs of Earth, where they are still one species despite the varied sizes and shapes they come in. The Fae Felidae morph is cited by Humans to be similar to the cats, or Felines of their world, and as humans have become more common in recent years many Fae Felidae have complained about the humans calling them “pretty kitty” and many similar names. The Fae Felidae like all Fae, can be revived upon death a long as the body can be retrieved or hasn't been destroyed beyond a point it could be deemed unrecoverable. All Fae were created by the Totems using the knowledge passed down to them by the Lattice by Proxy of the Numen, it's first creations. Side note, the growths located on the heads of Fae are referred to as "Crowns" for the rigid horn like protrusions on top of their heads, and "trails for the softer more fleshy bits that can be seen around their necks. the point of these body parts is to take in energy from their surrounds, in recent years Fae have found ways to harness and manifest this energy in a way that the Humans have referred to as Magic from their fictional stories.
