The Draco Psyrins (Psychic Sirens) are a reptilian species from the artificial realm known as Cyber Fae. The Draco Psyrins were created by the Totems as a way to watch over the inhabitants of the Fae world and keep the peace through their ability to telepathically connect with others around them, though their abilities never quite developed to the level the Totems preferred, and thus they were dropped from their intended purpose and were allowed to integrate into normal Fae society as one of the only none mammalian races created by the Totems to populate the world, Soon after however, the True Psyrins were developed as an aquatic race, populating the flooded tunnels that span the crust of the world. Their telepathic abilities fully developed and enhanced in groups. Just like the Fae, Draco Psyrins and True Psyrins can be converted into energy upon death to be resurrected many years later by the Lattice.
